Mariah Carey give birth to twins
NEW YORK — Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon celebrated their third anniversary with another milestone – becoming parents to a baby girl and boy.
Carey’s representative, Cindi Berger, confirmed the births to The Associated Press. The singing superstar gave birth Saturday at 12:07 p.m. EDT at an undisclosed hospital in Los Angeles. Berger says the baby girl was born first, weighing 5 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 18 inches long; her brother was next, at 5 pounds 6 ounces, and was 19 inches.
Berger says the couple has not named the children yet. Cannon drove Carey to the hospital in their Rolls-Royce Phantom. Berger said the 41-year-old Carey, who had gone through false labor, was calm, thinking that it was another false alarm.
Meanwhile, the 30-year-old Cannon was so nervous he went to the wrong department at the hospital, and was guided to the maternity ward by a nurse.
“It was like right out of an ‘I Love Lucy’ skit,” said Berger.
Berger says they were listening to Carey’s “We Belong Together” after the children were born.
The couple are expected to renew their wedding vows on Sunday. The pair got married in 2007 after a whirlwind romance. They were the subject of endless baby rumors, and the couple actually were expecting shortly after their marriage, but Carey had a miscarriage; they did not reveal the miscarriage until she announced her pregnancy last fall.
The couple plan to live a bi-coastal life, and have luxurious nurseries in both New York and Los Angeles.
As far as more children, Carey recently declared she’s done.
Ramblings
What a week!!! Keeping in mind I cannot change the past but I can move on and look forward to what God has in store for me.
I had a whole week to take a test..I put off until the last day..hummmm more like today. I barely picked up my book this week, but by the grace of God I passed my test with an 84. I am sure I would have aced it if I had put more time into studying.
Finally after 18 months of no chemicals or heat to my hair, I had a color and flatiron done to my hair. I was quite surprised how it turned out. My son asked if I had extensions, I quickly and proudly said no. I am very happy with my hair. I will still rock my fro and twist most of the time…however if you know me, it really depends on how I feel and what mood I am in..LOL
I got up at 6:00 yesterday to watch the Royal Wedding. Was it spectacular or what!!! What a beautiful couple. Kate’s dress was absolutely amazing, it was simple yet elegant. She looked absolutely stunning. I am sure Princess Diana was looking down on them with joy in her heart.
Today I have done nothing other than take my test. Well I did wash a load of clothes which are still in the washer. Hubby has been outside working on our garden. I will have to post pictures of the garden later.
I guess I need to put the clothes in the dryer and load my second load…be back later

Jesus Has Risen
1 After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb.
2 There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. 3 His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. 4 The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men.
5 The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. 6 He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. 7 Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.”
8 So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples. 9 Suddenly Jesus met them. “Greetings,” he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him. 10 Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.”
The Guards’ Report
11 While the women were on their way, some of the guards went into the city and reported to the chief priests everything that had happened. 12 When the chief priests had met with the elders and devised a plan, they gave the soldiers a large sum of money, 13 telling them, “You are to say, ‘His disciples came during the night and stole him away while we were asleep.’ 14 If this report gets to the governor, we will satisfy him and keep you out of trouble.” 15 So the soldiers took the money and did as they were instructed. And this story has been widely circulated among the Jews to this very day.
The Great Commission
16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17 When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

I absolutely wonder
what my house would look like if I were not around for two weeks or so. I have busted my butt all day cleaning up my house…and I am F’ing tired….and no I am not home alone….you would think if someone see you cleaning up they would offer to help…I GUESS NOT!!!
